Terms and Conditions.

1.   ComputerService.co.nz accepts no liability for your data. While we have a vast amount of experience repairing computers and recovering data, you are responsible for making sure you make backups of your data. In most cases where your computer has failed we can recover your data. Sometimes this is a format that renames files and you may end up with multiple copies of data.

2.   Payment for all services must be made in full at the time of the completion of the work unless credit has been pre-arranged.

3.   Parts and computer orders with a value of over $200.00 may require a confirmation deposit of a minimum of 25% and 100% for goods over $500.00.

4.   All goods remain the property of ComputerService.co.nz until paid in full.

5.  ComputerService.co.nz maintains a right of Lien over customers products until repairs and parts are paid in full. This includes prior monies outstanding.

6.   The customer grants ComputerService.co.nz a security interest over all parts, components and other items left for repairs until all outstanding monies are paid in full.

7.   All unclaimed goods will be held for no more than 60 days from the date of delivery to ComputerService.co.nz. ComputerService.co.nz retain the right to charge a storage and disposal charge for all unclaimed goods. This is in addition to any monies outstanding for parts and services supplied.

8.   Interest at 2% per month and all debt recovery costs will be charged on all outstanding monies owed.

9.   Where money owed is outstanding for more than 45 days ComputerService.co.nz reserves the right to suspend all services and future support until an account is up to date

10.   The customer is required to provide all copies of software and valid licenses for reinstallation of any software and operating systems. Where this is unavailable ComputerService.co.nz will do its best endeavour to complete the work but accepts no responsibility for being unable to install software where a client does not make it available to us. We will discuss this option with you to try and seek a desirable outcome for you. ComputerService.co.nz will not install pirated software or any software provided without valid licence codes.
