We use non technical plain English language when helping you sort out your computer problems or when advising you of the best systems to buy for your needs and budget.

We keep our overheads low to pass the savings on to you and focus on providing good value personalised service.

Customer satisfaction is paramount, especially when you need to contact us when things have gone wrong.

We will keep you fully informed and make sure you understand what we are doing every step of the way.

With our consulting services, we make sure that we fully understand your needs and budget constraints and aim to find a solution to fit these.

We also want to keep you fully informed of how you can future proof your purchases as best as possible. With this in mind it pays for you to think about not only what you want today, but about what you may also want from your IT or entertainment system purchases for the future.

We offer a 7 day a week service, with our normal fee including the hours of 8.30 am to 8.30 pm Monday to Satursday. See our rates page for details.

We come to you and pick up or you can drop off to us. There are advantages to either. Phone us to discuss your needs.
